If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, we would assist you with refund. Please contact us at sales@carbeyondstore.com before return item. Any unauthorized return will be refused.
- Returned item needs to be received by Car Beyond Store within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.
- Returned Item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item can not return.
- Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
- Since most merchandise are custom made or special ordered from manufacturers, Car Beyond Store charge 15% restocking fee for item returned.
- We do not accept returns on special orders.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item.
