If you are not satisfy with the merchandise, we would assist you with refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@carbeyondstore.com before returning the item. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Returned item needs to be received by CarBeyondStore within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.
- Returned Item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item can not be return.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Since most merchandise are custom made or special ordered from manufacturers, we charge 15% restocking fee for item returned.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item

If you request an exchange, please contact us at info@carbeyondstore.com before return item. All product exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unauthorized exchange will be refused.
- Exchange item needs to be received by Car Beyond Store within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.
- The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.
- Exchange Item should be in new and ready-to-sell condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item cannot exchange.
- Shipping and handling fee are required.
- Exchanges will be shipped after the original item has been returned to us and evaluated for return acceptance.

- Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 5 days from original delivery date.
- In some cases, a product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. You can provide digital images of 'defect' item. Once it has been diagnosed, our customer service department will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 30%, shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
