How does Anti-Theft Caps work?

Each logo valve cap has a plastic insert. The key wraps around the cap as you tighten it and locks it onto the valve stem. If someone tries to unscrew the cap off of the valve stem it will keep spinning as if it is stripped. You must use the key to unscrew the cap off of the valve stem.


Installation Instructions for Logo Emblem.

As always, professional installation is recommended; however, we have provided a general set of guidelines to aid with the installation.


Suggested tools for this installation:

A. Heat Gun
B. Prying device preferably plastic.
C. Adhesive remover.(We used 3M Bug, Tar and Adhesive Remover spray)

Basic Guidelines for Front Emblem Install:
Using a heat gun on low heat carefully apply heat to the NISSAN emblem. WARNING: Do not overheat parts otherwise damages may occur!

Attempt to remove the emblem by hand very carefully. Pay special attention not to damage the bumper surface.

If needed use a plastic prying device to aid with dislodging of emblem (Dental floss or fishing line has proven to be effective).

WARNING! Be careful not to damage paint or bumper cover.

Once emblem is removed, use adhesive remover to clean surface (3M adhesive remover can be used as a cleaning agent). Surface must be clean for proper adhesion!

With emblem off, peel plastic mask off of New Z emblem.

Carefully apply the emblem to surface noting the alignment marks. Apply pressure to emblem on surface for duration of 60 seconds. This is important in promoting strong surface adhesion.

Make sure emblem is aligned and installation is complete.

Curing time for the adhesive is 24 hours. Do not let water or any other liquid get on the emblem or else the adhesive bond will be damaged.

Basic Guidelines for Rear Emblem Install:
Note the position of emblem. You will have to manually center the new Z emblem once the old one comes off.

Refer to steps 1-5 above for Front Emblem Install.

Carefully apply the emblem to surface. Apply pressure to emblem on surface for duration of 60 seconds. This is important in promoting strong surface adhesion.

Make sure emblem is aligned and installation is complete.

Curing time for the adhesive is 24 hours. Do not let water or any other liquid get on the emblem or else the adhesive bond will be damaged.

General Warnings:
The adhesive surface is intended for a ONE TIME application. Removing the emblem after an adhesive bond has been made to the surface will weaken the adhesive and create a weak bond.

What happens if there is freight damage?

When the order arrives it is imperative that you inspect each box. Should there be damage to a box or if you hear any broken glass you must open that box, inspect the contents, and write your findings on the freight bill (regardless of what the driver may tell you) before you sign for the delivery (damaged goods are left with you). In the event of damage you will need to call our office to notify us of the damage. We will then take the necessary steps to have your order replaced. Please hold the damaged pieces until the process is complete.


What happens if there is a manufacturer's defect?

Call our office; explain the defect and we will handle the issue. We may require a picture or we may need to have the item picked up. There are no additional charges for this.


Can I return the order?

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, we would assist you with refund. Please contact us at sales@carbeyondstore.com before return item. Any unauthorized return will be refused.

Returned item needs to be received by Car Beyond Store within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.

Returned Item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item can not return.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.

Since most merchandise are custom made or special ordered from manufacturers, Car Beyond Store charge 15% restocking fee for item returned.

Does sales tax apply?

Sales tax will apply if the product is delivered in Arizona.
